EXERCISE
I have always been active and have always enjoyed being outside.
Spring, summer, and fall, I like to go outside immediately after work to tackle some home projects and/or maintain our lawn, gardens, etc.
In the winter, I exercise every day immediately after work. I find it a great way to relieve stress, as well as Iām a firm believer that being physically tired helps with sleep. And since I sit at a desk all day, I need the physical exertion. My exercise routine is the treadmill on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday is a variety of exercises with various equipment.
